This Dress is Smokin'

I was browsing my usual go-to celebrity gossip forum, and was in LOVE with this dress Sienna Miller is wearing.  She was at the Belvedere Vodka party.

I love how she paired it with a brown belt and black shoes, instead of gold or brown toned.  I like her new blunt bangs, but her face looks fake and weird.  I want this dress!
